Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using AllTracts.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AllTracts ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AllTracts ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
AllTracts is a government contract opportunity search platform that aggregates publicly available procurement data from:
- SAM.gov (United States federal opportunities)
- TED - Tenders Electronic Daily (European Union opportunities)
- State, local, and national procurement portals
We provide tools to:
- Search and filter contract opportunities
- Receive personalized daily alerts
- Track contracts of interest
- Build company profiles for matching
- Collaborate with team members
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use AllTracts, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- All activities under your account
- Keeping your password secure
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Compliance with these Terms by your team members
3.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial (or extended trial with promo codes). No payment information required during trial.
4.2 Paid Subscriptions
After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Pricing available at /pricing.
4.3 Billing
- Payments processed securely via Stripe
- Recurring billing on monthly or annual basis
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before renewal date
- No refunds for partial months
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers maintain their current rate until next renewal.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use AllTracts to:
- Search for government contract opportunities
- Receive alerts about relevant contracts
- Track contracts for your business
- Collaborate with team members
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Scrape or harvest data via automated means (bots, scrapers)
- Resell or redistribute contract data to third parties
- Circumvent technical limitations or access controls
- Reverse engineer the Service or its algorithms
- Share accounts across multiple individuals or companies
- Submit false information or impersonate others
- Interfere with Service operation or other users
- Use for illegal purposes or fraud
5.3 Rate Limiting
We implement rate limits to ensure fair use. Excessive API requests may result in temporary throttling or account suspension.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Service Content
AllTracts owns all rights to:
- Website design, interface, and user experience
- Search algorithms and matching technology
- Proprietary code and databases
- Branding, logos, and trademarks
6.2 Government Data
Government contract data displayed on AllTracts is public information from government sources. We do not claim ownership of this data.
6.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of:
- Your company profile information
- Your search preferences and notes
- Content you create within the Service
You grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service (e.g., matching contracts to your profile).
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

- We collect minimal personal data necessary for the Service
- Company profiles are voluntary and enhance search quality
- You can export or delete your data anytime
- We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service "As Is"
AllTracts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:
- Accuracy or completeness of contract data
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
8.2 Data Accuracy
Important: Contract data is aggregated from government sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee:
- All opportunities are included
- Data is current or complete
- Source data is error-free
Always verify opportunities on the official government website before bidding.
8.3 No Guarantee of Awards
AllTracts helps you discover opportunities but does not guarantee:
- You will be awarded contracts
- Opportunities are suitable for your business
- Alerts will include all relevant contracts
8.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllTracts shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Missed deadlines or opportunities
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
8.5 Third-Party Links
AllTracts contains links to government websites and external resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AllTracts harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Content you submit or share
10. Service Modifications and Interruptions
10.1 Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Change pricing or plans
- Update these Terms
- Perform maintenance or upgrades
10.2 Downtime
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages or maintenance windows.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account anytime by:
- Cancelling your subscription
- Deleting your account in settings
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in abusive behavior
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Pose security risks
We will provide notice when possible, except for serious violations.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service ends immediately
- Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
- Billing data retained for tax compliance (Austrian law)
- No refunds for remaining subscription period
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
12.3 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, please contact support@alltracts.com to resolve disputes informally.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
- Changes to our Service
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Security or operational needs
Notice of changes:
- Material changes: 30 days email notice
- Minor changes: Updated "Last modified" date
- Continued use after changes = acceptance
If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AllTracts.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
14.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
14.4 Assignment
You may not transfer your account. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or sale.
14.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
